WW2 German Army Military Police Recruiting Officer visor cap - Thoughts

I picked this one up today at a flea market.
It is in good condition except for some moth nips on the top.
It is by no means in mint shape.
Has a name written in it.
No other tags that I could find.
Anyway, thoughts on authenticity and any other comments are appreciated.
I believe it is a Military Police Recruiting Officer Visor but if I am wrong, please let me know.
