I would like to known your opinions of this Luftwaffe cap with one bottom.
The insegna was replaiced or original from the war?
What about the inner lining?

The cap is a HJ Flak helpers cap with replaced Luftwaffe insignia. I can't say when it may have been replaced.

+4 Count me among the others, also believe the insignia is post war applied.

As said, not only is the insignia replaced, the cap would have originally had a BeVo HJ diamond applied.

If you look a the foto ...the HJ diamond MAY still be in place UNDER the TRAPEZOID...if that true..most likely a period upgrade ..to leave as is..They Never Did That....Yeah They Did !!Billbert
