Yes, post war Austrian post office, I have one just like it with the post horn buttons and Austrian cockade still attached. Insignia is for a M36 fire department cap.

at the bottom of the diamond
the cap is not mine I asked the seller where it was dated 1944
he told me down the diamond
it is true that even with his photos that are average we guess the date
