Panzer Officer's overseas cap

Hello all,

Can anyone shed some light on another cap I came across?

Interesting to see the hand-sewn bullion eagle appears to be for a KM administration officer as it's mounted on dark blue wool.

Eagle does appear to be on blue backing....

Yes, the eagel apaear to have a blue backing like an KM Admin cap eagle.
Who knows when the eagle come to the sidecap. An bullion eagle with black backing is near to impossible to find so could be an collector used to add an
KM admin cap eagle.
However I like the sidecap and would not have any problems with the KM
eagle.
