Rebadged postwar cap, IMHO. Note side vents, not used on wartime Heer visor caps.

Regarding to the side vents , I see those caps before as a war time made

I agree with Bob that the cap is postwar.
However, it is true that vents have been observed on wartime caps, but this one is not one of them.
