Early Schellenberg General visor cap

What's your feeling about what seems to be an early war Schellenberg General visor?
Except the fake eagle (and chincord?), I don't see any big red flag...
As you can see, the sweetband has known better days.

Is a restiched sweatband also the bill. It shod have silvered badges
Is not for my collection IMO

I don't like the frayed edges of the lining, or the manner of sewing--rebuilt cap, IMO

Agreed, someone has definitely re-sewn the side lining, badly!

Great photos though by the way.
Makes it so much easier for us, if only everyone did the same.
