L--this is a very interesting cap. It is a genuine TR Kyffhauserbund visor that was utilized postwar by the veteran. What he did was to have the swastika band covered up by sewing a postwar Kyff band over it.

The eagle appears to be original, but it would not have been worn postwar, so somebody put it on after 1945.

Indeed the band was sewn over the swastika-band. I didn't notice it until you told me!
I managed to buy this one for a nice price.
