      It looks like a tinted GB side cap ? Postwar tinted for POW use ?

        I'm thinking its right after the Anschluss and before RZM got organized in Austria..and or privately tailor made..I know the nskk Buttons aren't used here..Billbert

          Austrian imperial cut in this case , with the small visor behind the front flap ?
          Why not ?
          Low quality wool for a prewar private made cap ?
          Looks tinted in any case ?

            After doing some more DIGGING ...It surely does have a similarity to GB caps...Years ago I owned an Austrian m42 style cap in FG with the fold out bill..Billbert
