M43 Heer Panzer cap

Hi Guy's I would like your opinion on this one, as I am thinking off buying it. Also the liner (doesn't show well, the cap was photoed outside) is off a silk texture, there is also a makers ink stamp, plus size stamp "58".

This must be a hard one, besides the one don't like it reply I have contacted a couple of fellow collectors that know a bit about these caps, and one came back and said it was out of his comfort area, the other was not sure if it was a good one (private purchase), and rather stick to the Army issued ones with the right ink stamps or bad, as its a real mind field out there when it comes to these Heer Panzer caps!

One thing I would like to find out is the makers ink stamp, as I think there was a discussion post a while back, and I can't remember if it was a good maker or a Post War maker off caps?
