M43 cap opinions

Hi-

I picked this up at a show and the seller graciously agreed he would accept its return if it did not pass muster. Can I please get thoughts on it? It is about a size 58 (but too tight on my big head), with no markings on it that I can see, and has very evident trap fraying. Thanks, Brian
