Salty Infantry Alter Art fieldcap by Pekuro

Got this one in an auction recently. There was only one exterior photo to go on so it was a nice surprise to find out it's a Pekuro. I've not seen too many Pekuro crushers in my time. The cap has a white flexible pasteboard and I think it might have started out life with regular flatwire bevo insignia. My guess is the owner "upgraded" it with chincords and the bullion wreath and alloy eagle.

It's been well used and has that nice jaunty look.

    Enjoy!

I knew you'd like this one Jacques!

The photos don't really do it justice, it looks much better in hand. Lots of character.

Ben that is sweet--you rarely see Pekuro crushers!

Great find, Ben - nothing like a field worn cap, esp. a crusher! Congrats.
