Never seen the maker...might stand a chance...Breslau might have had GG MANUFACTURERS...It's not near the Baltic...BILLBERT

Interesting cap. I'll vote with Billbert it might stand a chance. The stitching along the gold piping and in other places seems rather large though not a negative detail. What exactly is the maker's last name?

I can't read exactly the marker name on the inside .
The inside of the cap is quite rigide .In hands , I have a good opinion for this cap .
