IMO Offizier Kleider Kasse refers to the option that officers could buy their caps and stuff.
They got some money to do so. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Offizier Kleider Kasse is something general IMO,not Heer(Army) only..

                Hello,
I thought that the specific letters OKK was seen on Kriegsmarine visor caps from the Officer's Kleider Kasse? But, I am at work, and do not have my books here.
                Thanks,
                Curtiss

                  Verkaufsabteilung d. Luftwaffe

The institution in question was, in fact, the Verkaufsabteilung d. Lw, Puttkammerstr. B'ln. See: Westarpscher Taschenkalender fuer die Lw. For myself, I would be highly skeptical of this Etikett for what I would deem to be an army institution.

Well, maybe Alain can post some better pics of the cap ?

I've seen other Erel Luftvisors with the same markings inside.

Can someone explain to me why " Offizier Kleider kasse " is specific Army ?

                      Jos.
Please see the Wilkins book on headgear, or, in the extreme case, see the book I cited above, a more or less official publication of the German air force, which describes the roles and missions of the Verkaufsabteilung d. L. It was a parallel institution to the Offizierskleiderkasse d. dt. Heeres. These were, however, two SEPARATE institutions, with TWO SEPARATE locations: that of the army in the Budapesterstrasse and that of the Lw in the Puttkammerstrasse. I assume that the Lw Kasse also had branches elsewhere. This issue has arisen as regards the army and the SS, as well. Officers received a clothing allowance from the personnel and pay system of their respectives services. This allowance was deposited into an account held in the respective Kleiderkasse. It hardly seems likely that the German air force would have paid into an account of the German army, as a rule. One cannot exclude that in a single instance, an air force officer bought from a Heereskleiderkasse, to be sure. But the catalogs of the Heereskleiderkasse have been widely reprinted and they contain uniforms and equipment for the German army. Lubstein surely made caps for the Verkaufsabteilung d. Lw. In addition to the literature above, you can also consult: Schlicht/Angolia, Die dt. Wehrmacht: Die Lw, (Motorbuch Verlag, Stuttgart: 1999).

....und das Bild ist auch prima! I mis-spelled Puttkamerstrasse. I used to have a cap just like this Christian Haug special. The Wilkins book has other examples, too. I wonder if this organization had other Filiale? The Heereskleiderkasse had one in Koblenz.

According to Wilkins, Janke got the tools/imprint &c. from the heirs of C. Haug and used it thus; but I have owned a Luftwaffe Lieferungsmuetze from this firm which was wholly echt, and I had an officer's Lw ("Ce Ha") cap, too, identical to the image above (56 cm) cap, and it was original, too. Wilkins shows an example of a fake Haug in the book and it differs very strongly from the original. But I am always open to correction. Germans had this rage for abbreviations, as you know, of which "eReL" was but one. You find this abbreviation frenzy is all kinds of firms of the widest variety in Germany of the era 1918-1945. My wild guess, by the way, is that Puttkamerstrasse was not especially far from the Reichsluftfahrtministerium on the intersection of the Wilhelmstrasse/Leipzigerstrasse.
