Propaganda piped Officer visor for review

I recently purchased a large group of items brought back from a veteran living in Tennessee and this visor was included. I was wondering if everyone could give me some assistance here and tell me their thoughts on this one's piping. Does it have a chance of being Propaganda? I appreciate any help here.

Looks blue to me.

Blaine, if you can gently pry back the fabric to either side of the top piping, my guess is that you will see the original Hellblau color.

Blaine, likely faded transport, but that's one of the rarer branch colors itself.
