    What is this hat? A political organisation perhaps?

    Good day folks

    What is this? Gold bullion piping suggests Kreigsmarine but the eagle is silver on a dark blue background. Black lining and no markings.

    Any thoughts?

      My guess would be navy administration officer with the silver piping having toned to a golden color.
