An honest infantry contract visor. From the only two pictures that you have posted, it seems to be in good conditions of use and of a good size.

As for its value, you have to consider that it is the most common amongst the Army visors. Currently on the European market (which is the most odious imaginable) they are sold for no more than 300 Euros (including the insured postage costs and the extra-cash for the smuggled eagle).
