    Hi Guys,

I would really appreciate your opinions on this cap.

    What do you think?

              Bergmuetze

A very nice Bergmuetze (as opposed to being an M-43 style) with both insignia replaced IMO.

I would not discount the possibility that the T form insignia is originally sewn. In any case, it is sewn in the proper manner, shows no sign of previous application and is appropriate to the cap.

Although INSIGNIA has not SET IT PER SAY...there was a thing or two I liked about the insignia placement...may have not seen any wear per say by owner and well stored...JMHO also Billbert

At least most agree all of the components are real....

Just to complete the picture here is how the edelweiss is attached.

The edelweiss is original to the cap IMO.
I've had many Bergmeutzen over the years (GJ has always been my favorite branch
of the Heer), and this method of application is the norm.
The "T" insignia is probably a replacement, although hand sewing is common
                            on bergmeutzen.

In any event, a very nice cap!

I agree. Edelwiess application looks good too. Nice berg!
