Maybe. Would prefer the jawless variety but there was a period of transition that included both. Are you the owner of this hat?

The skull looks fine and could have had a jawless on first and been upgraded to the 2nd pattern ... no way of knowing that for sure now of course.

This hat was on Oakleaf's site earlier this year.
A lot of their stale inventory is currently up for auction in this month's Alexander Historical Auctions auction.
