Here we need to know who Hersteller 60 was. If the label is real and coeval, I remember only A.1./60 OPOLKA & MÜLLER Mützenfabrik Hütegroßhandel, Spaldingstr. 210/212, HAMBURG, Inh.: H.A.E. und H.L. Winter, as from 1940 Hamburger Adreßbuch:

and also to see (if present) the SS RZM stamp on the peak’s underside.

Finally, as Ben VK rightly wrote: "Strindruckfrei durch Gummipolster" means "free from forehead pressure via rubber pad" so the question should be, has it got a rubber pad?
