RBNR Code tropical caps

I'm looking for these two rbnr codes. They could be referred to two tropical caps, one WL and the other WH.

Lets see the caps, its sometimes easier to tell the maker by the caps signature. Several tropical cap makers rbn# in '43 have been found this way, by reverse so to speak. The rbn# of Hans Brandt from '43 for example.
