Yes, Heiler is legit.
Max Drechsler, Mützen Spezialgeschäft, Dachauerstr. 26 (tel. 57292) is confirmed by the wartime München Adressbuch.
This is another postwar Drechsler disguised as a TR period one. Probably the blu ink stain was useful to obliterate the Heiler wardrobe inventory:

Probably Drechsler came under control (I think surely postwar) of an A. Mielchen, with a different address: Damenstiftstr. 6, München 2, but I don’t know when and why.
Mielchen Alfred, in turn, was already in business during the war as a mützenmacher, but located in Schützenstr. 64 (probably he moved later in the seat above mentioned) as from 1941 Adressbuch:

M, I agree--that is the postwar Drechsler logo. Looks like Drechsler made a batch of WH visors postwar for Heiler. Green band color is off, among other things.NEC SOLI CEDITComment
