Actually I think the whole cap is probably Bundeswehr.

Carlo and Ben have said it all.

On the outside the band and the peak do not go well at all. Also, you have to note the lack of front padding. Inside the signs that it is a BRD are patently obvious: the sweatband, the lining and the sweatshield have nothing to do with a TR visor.
