1936 NSDAP eagle Pattern ??

RZM markings at it's Back, it looks like an
1936 NSDAP eagle Pattern BUT,
aren't the NSDAP eagle supposed to look at left

It is a state/civil eagle.
The gold ones are most often found on Reichsbahn visors.

I believed the Reichsbahn eagle have a slightly different shape , the eagle body appears shorter,(left on the new picture)
... and why would a State or a DR eagle be with RZM markings ?

aren't RZM markings only for the party and it's organisations...?

In my opinion, it is simply a variation of the civil eagle.

This is a state eagle, but also these should be RZM marked, according to official orders
(for example described in the Mitteilungsblatt der Reichszeugmeisterei).

It's true, even the small Reichsbahn (left eagle) has it's RZM marking...
