Other than original insignia when or where the cap was made is unknown and the wool material is not military cloth from what I see and the green thread attaching the visor to the body isn't military. From this I would say it is simply a reproduction cap of low quality.

In my opinion, this is a post-war reproduction, and in any case, it is not something I would want in my collection.
