I have never seen a "Standard" General's visor cap by Erel that was approved by this community, hence my doubts ^^

        Cf this thread : http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=682584

I certainly do, and not ony about Erel's

Anyway, I had never seen a "Standard" General's visor cap by Erel. All of them I saw for review here were EM/NCO upgraded to general's rank by replacing the piping.
That's why I expressed my surprise on this thread.

                      Two BEAUTIFUL Erels, Solo!

And, as different as they are, they are both clearly Erels from just the first side-by-side photo alone! The one on the left is a very rare-bird indeed. An Erel Heer General in gabardine with celleon piping, celleon chincords, and both badges in celleon!

That's (slightly) more common for an Erel LW General, but even then seldom encountered. Plus, it doesn't have the ubiquitous stirnschutze sweatband!!!
I cannot recall seeing it's twin, and I've been studying Heer General's visors for decades.

How and where do the three pipings join together? Can you show pics of this?
