Antitank battalion 16, 3rd Coy.

Built as Kraftfahr-Abteilung Hamm on October 15, 1934; Panzerabwehr-Abteilung 16 on October 1, 1935; Panzerjäger-Abteilung 16 on March 16, 1940. It was destroyed in Stalingrad and consequently rebuilt in France.

So, we can surely place your visor since 1935 (or years immediately after)
