No likely not (but any officer might have used it); in any case I like it.

2....Generally the material used to make the cap is seen on Officer m43 or Officer Bergmutze
3...My Old Eyes OR look on side to see if Edelweiss was ever mounted on cap..
4....How did you acquire it ??

Thank you very much, I just bought in an auction. I think that they had never attached the edelweiss but I don't really know.
