Police Visor Opinions Wanted

Wanting to buy a Police Visor and found this one. Any and all opinions and thoughts would be appreciated.

Would this style have been worn in the EARLY stages of the SS Polizei Division, 1939-1942?

Others more knowledgable will chime in but don't like the edged visor..Albert Kempf also made hats both during and after the war....It is very believable looking though...JMHO Billbert

This does have the shape and look of the very early postwar Polizei visor caps. Has this one ever had a chin strap or holes where buttons were removed? What is the inside stiffening material that you photographed on the front of the cap?
