HI good evening gents , does this cap have a value - at all bought it to take the insignia off and sell it but should it stay together I just think its wrong to seperate these things ? its actually displays quite well from the front.....

Unfortunately, I think it's only value is in it's parts. And if you're not careful who you sell it to, they may go to help build a "Frankenstein " fake. I doubt that that eagle and wreath set started out life together, so it's not that big a tragedy to separate them. But I would make an effort to sell it as a whole first. $100 is fair both ways IMO.Comment
