Did all Africa Corp billed caps have the makers/year made stamped into the interior of the cap?

Yes, though some may have faded/washed out.

Along with the maker & date, they have a size stamp too, as do the tropical sidecaps. With one exception that i know of, that only has the size stamp, no maker or date.
