Infantry Officers Cap

I didn't like the piping either but in saying that I saw a WAF link that showed a Panzer NCO visor cap that had overlapping piping. The colour and weight of the hat material also seemed suspect as well as the two coloured inside liner. Any further comments are greatly welcomed. Thanks, Mark.

Overlapping piping does exist, primarily for rayon and bullion.
While this does appear to be rayon, it is very crudely done.
Also, the shape of the hat is more for a contract cap.
The Officer cockade and cords are also added on.
Add the 2-tone lining and the imperial-style logo, the whole thing becomes suspect. As they say, run, don't walk.
