KM Admin visor on Ebay

Apologies for not being able to link the listing, it's Ebay UK 261975692793, a purported KM Admin officer's cap, with apparently Kai Winkler "verification."
Among other things, the cockade looks strange to me, and the side buttons appear gold rather than silver for admin.
Opinions appreciated.
