M43 Wh padded winter cap

Hello all,

I bought this M43 Wh winter cap a few months ago from militaria plaza!
Are there more padded winter m43 caps around here? Are they privat made?
I like your oppinions on this m43 cap.
The buttons are made from bakelite and the eagle is handstiched.

Private made cap for sure but when ? Period or post war ?
It could be a female M43 cap , worn without cockade as they often had non regulation uniform items , locally made or "adapted" ?
