Sorry the seller is not here to take more pictures for now he told me. The only one I have is with the cap inside out but I`ve tried that even with a lot of zooming in picasa it`ll become too blurry for me.

Ok, too bad.
Anyway, considering avaible pics, this sidecap is far to be in my "zone of comfort".
Just my opinion of course, it's your choice.

Ok that's interesting that nobody can say 100% good or bad.

Assuming the basic cap is good (just an assumption here, without grommet pictures) the insignia is replaced. The condition of the insignia and soutache is excellent and without wear, yet the cap itself shows a LOT of wear with much of the knap being worn off through much wear and washing. If the insignia were original to the cap, it would show much more age.

Looks to be a valid, original, cap that had its insig reapplied. The soutache certainly looks hand stitched.
