    Bergmuetze cover

    Hello,

    does anybody have images of a surviving original or patterns for a Bergmutze cover? I have seen many in period photos, but am looking into making one for reenacting but am having trouble finding the pattern.

    Seen period pics of soldiers wearing the winter examples in the mountains but I asked a couple members and they feel that they were field made!!?? Never seen one period though!!

          Hey Sergio, Just posted two pics on GHW, but will say this...now that there is a little noise about these your going to see them coming out of the woodwork!!
