Looks OK to me, but unless it's very cheap. say under $250, I would go with a complete cap.
That is, unless you like restoring caps and have the insignia, etc., at hand. Obvviously, this cap needs everything, including a sweatband, which is not easy to replace.
I've seen nice, complete caps for less than $ 500, as of late.

The cap is certainly deserving of restoration, as the body looks to be in good condition, but as Bob has said, it will be somewhat involved sue to the missing sweatband.
