I need help with a HPC cap

Hello, I need your help. We discuss the following cap.

I'm a little suspicious. I know of no similar cap of HPC uses a sweatband like Peküro (with black velvet rand).
Does anyone know a HPC with this type of sweat band?

I know that small companies used similar sweatbands. For example, J. B. Holzinger. He also used the fresh air of patent HPC.

What do you think about the hat?

Most HPC visors had the 1/2 Stirndruckfrei, but some had it going around the entire circumference. See this thread:
