Can anyone read this Logo?

The maker is Carl Isken, but I cannot read the distributor or town.
Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly Winkel Bocküchen? I've edited it in over ten different formats and this is the best I can come up with (granted, I'm on my phone). If you post it on WRF or contact me privately, I'd be more than happy to share the the edited examples with you.

After further examination and editing of the image, I'm now thinking it could also be 'Winkel Euskirchen'. In fact, when you google said name, textiles are the first result seen....though it is entirely possible that's just a coincidence.
