Luftwaffe Officer's M43 cap w/ bullion eagle

Hello all,

I need some help with this cap that I have on hold. I have been looking for one for my collection but I know headgear is a minefield. Can anyone please let me know if this cap looks correct?

The eagle is probable but the cap is quite iffy IMO.
