Wehrmacht Visor Eagles: Real or Reproduction?

I got these two eagles at an auction. I'm curious if they're genuine, or just crummy fakes.
One eagle has 3 prongs, much shorter than any I've seen. It is marked GHO 39.
The other has two prongs, two have broken off; one on the left wing and one on the bottom right of the wreath.

Are these genuine, or not? I can post more pictures on request.
