Hi Guys,
Had this cap for some time now, just wondering on your thoughts, the cut right, piping, insignia?
I'm thinking the roundel looks like Luft, I could be wrong.

If it's any consolation, Minden (a town) in Westfalen did (and does) exist in 1941. This cap just wasn't there as well.
