Panzer schiffchen - any good?

Hello. I have been offered this 1943 panzer sidecap. Is it any good? the insignia should be bad according to seller.

Size 57: - Marking: Ensink E&C.C OHRDRUF 1943

Brass vent hole.

An M34 sidecap with a '43 date and soutache would have me thinking "bad". Brass grommet another bad sign in my opinion, sorry.

Most panzer sidecaps have brown interior, from what I have seen. Though Ohrdruf is a known maker of civilian clothes.
