Erel LW Officer's Visor for Opinions

All, just got this out of an old collection with a matching Tuchrock. Wanted to get opinions on it as Luft isn't my area, but from what I know of visors, it's pretty righteous. I suspect mid to late-war production. As always, thanks in advance for any help!
