I need some information on this oversees cap. I understand it is a bahnschutzpolizei overseas cap; but I am curious on some of the markings on the piece. I understand Peter Kupper is the maker and Wu-Ronsdorf, size 57, but I am curious what "Bz. 11 Ffm." is marked on the cap and what significance does this marking have on the item? In addition, the value of the piece? The only reason I ask is because I have a possible trade for the item and would like to reach a fair arrangement.
