Admin visor for a "Sonderführer" IMO , looks like a repaired or replaced sweatband.... hard to tell if this was done during the war or post-war.....

Its an admin visor for an Kriegsdauer.
He sign a conrakt to bee in heer to the war end.


Thats why its has grey band

Sondherfuerer has blue\gray piping
