Ss nco visor, picked up yesterday , comments please !

Dear Members,

Good morning from Los Angeles.

Yesterday, I bought a Nazi banner and some medals from a
German lady who was born in 1943 in Bavaria and both her
Father and 3 brothers were killed in the war !

When I was leaving with the items, she then brought out this SS hat.

I know very little about SS hats and so I need your comments.

I did buy it , she also had a German Mein Kamf in German which
was singed by some official, I will try and get that.

THANK YOU for confirming my thoughts on the hat !

I have been collecting for over 40 years and could never afford an
Allgemeine SS hat and have always wanted one !

When she brought it out, I nearly had a heart attack.

These were affluent people with money and not interested in just money,
they wanted a REAL collector to have the hat and the other items.

It will sit in the center of my other SS items, including my 25 year SS medal.

It was a great end to the year !!
