Nice sidecap, considering Döskin material is difficult to preserve in good condition.
On my screen, waffenfarbe looks more pink, but light conditions can be tricky; having it in hands you can certainly appreciate if it is red by scrutinization.

Very nice, I really like these type. The material is actually felt (boiled wool) and is not woven really but rather pressed. It is very prone to being eaten up by insects, so examples this nice are all the more rare.
