LW Reichluftministerium visor

Hi to everyone....
I need you opinion about this visor on Kai Winkler Site.
I my opinion is a good one and I like a lot but I'd like to have some more infos about the maker.
I've already seen it but was a much more detailed maker mark ....this one seems a little blurred and inaccurate........
What do you think?

I like it--the 2-tone lining is common to many (but not all Hertleins).
The blurriness is due to the top lining being oilcloth.
