M43 cap with pressed paper buttons ?

Hi guys,

I would like to have your opinion on this M43. That's the first time I see one with pressed paper buttons. The thread issued to sew them seems very clean to me to be 70 years old...

What do you think ?

Not sure about the button but the cap as pictured is one I wouldn`t buy and stay away from.
