You go to this site :
                  http://www.themarshalsbaton.com/Framepage.htm
                  - "original vintage ww2 militaria"
                  -"headgear officer and enlisted rank"
                  - scroll to "field caps and soft caps (overseas)", #4649 " "Heer panzer enlisted overseas cap"
And you will see its perfect twin.

You can compare too with this "nebel" one :

Check how are grommets inside your artillerie one.
Lots of points are wrong with those caps, if you compare them with originals ones.

Thanks for your opinions. I would have thought that Marshals baton was a serious dealer.

Even a serious dealer can makes errors and be wrong in good faith, as all of us, as you, as me.
Nobody can know everything in particualr areas of collecting fields.
What raises questions is when there are too many errors, particualry from someone acting as a regular dealer, ie supposed to have enought knowledge about items he is offering for sale for business.
